The Data Leaders Fellowship Program (DLFP 1) was an innovative approach to promote the use of data towards decision-making at the subnational level. Working with forward-thinking county officials in the economic planning and finance sector, the program promotes the development of a practical and innovative data toolkit to identify, collect, manage, analyze, and utilize data to position county change agents to make well-informed data-driven decisions for development.

This course is a 2-day workshop targeting officers from the county for a quick overview that recaps DLFP 1 - encompassing both establishing a Data Desk as well as preparing county officials to understand basic tenets when it comes to Data Protection and Privacy.
